Thank you for checking your MT collection. As for not having any of Donald McKinney's material most of it was on his web site which for most people makes more sense to the web site. I am one of the believers is making copies of material since there are times when I cannot access the Internet. His Consolidated Errata is available on Far Future Enterprises web site.

When I get a response from Mark Miller, hopefully an okay, I'll let everyone know.
