On a first look, there's not a lot to change, save for the game rule bits. Maybe update to T5??

The underlying physiology and pathology is the same, and there hasn't been a dramatic improvement in treatments - just a greater understanding of how complicated everything is at the molecular and cellular levels.

I'll take a closer look.

Biggest improvement I know of is the printing and installing of organs using a 3d printer (or other forms) and the patients own cells.
