Thanks for all who offered comments regarding public vs private tml archives. 

The big issue seems to be with included email addresses.  While I can obfuscate sender emails, if someone puts their email in their signature line of body of the email, it will be preserved.

I’ll note that the old archives are public, but the current ones are restricted to list members only.  I am hoping we have a consensus soon.
