On June 10 2002 I received v. 53 no. 1 1998. When I claimed subsequent
issues I received a reply from the publisher that publication had been
delayed. That was on February 7 of this year. Perhaps someone else has
more information?

Often you can find a homepage for the journal. They will sometimes list
the latest issue and table of contents. It works for me a lot. I had one
the other day that actually gave the date mailed to customers.

At Kent State University, we received v. 53 no. 1 (1998) on May 30,
2002 with a note from the publisher stating that there is a delay in
publishing issues (obviously). We've not received any issues since
then, nor have we had a response to our claims.

The latest issue we have is V53:1 1998 received in June 2002. EBSCO has
a note saying V53/1998 is rescheduled for 2002 -- #2 is last issue
published and #3-4 is expected March 2003.
