I found a 2010 NY Times article stating that its owner decided "to get out of the magazine subscription business."

https://www.nytimes.com/2010/11/06/business/media/06mag.html

The U.S. News & World Report site does have a Contact Us page, https://www.usnews.com/info/features/contact .  Though since their site map link in the footer goes to Page Not Found!, they might not be monitoring the contact page messages.

They seem to emphasize ranking publications, so they may not have any public version of news articles other than those on the current day's webpage.

Is there any way to provide access to back issues of US News and World Report? I know about the Archive that EBSCO sells, which covers 1926-1984. I’m looking for more recent coverage.

The publication seems to be free on their site:   https://www.usnews.com/

But there is no search feature on that site to find past articles, and there are no options to subscribe.

I just want to be sure I’m not missing anything before I tell my users that we can’t provide access to anything beyond what they see on that site.

Thanks.
