[Due to budget constraints,] This resource has been cancelled and will be unavailable after [Month, Day, Year]. Access is retained to [Collection or date range] only.

Consider using [Other Database Link] as an alternative resource.  If you have questions or concerns, please contact us.

Can anyone point me to good examples of language they use on A-Z database lists informing users that a resource has been canceled?

 

We’ve canceled a large resource and want to leave it in the list with notice and a simple explanation of why.
