My university used WT Cox for many years and was very happy with them. We had amazing, hyper-responsive customer service (requested updates to our journal finder
/ A-Z listings typically were completed within 10 minutes), and their subscription management system is easy to use and highly customizable by the library (e.g., you can add subscriptions not managed by Cox into the system to be able to track all your subscriptions
in one place). We moved to EBSCO this year because, as a health sciences library, we wanted to be able to link from PubMed to our holdings, and we weren’t able to do that with Cox. However, as the person managing our print subscriptions, I much prefer Cox’s
subscription management system to EBSCO’s.

Subject: [SERIALST] Serials vendor question
Hi, I work at a medium sized public library system and we are looking at different serials vendors./jobbers. My question is, what have other institution's experiences been with WT Cox over the past few years, if you use them as a serials
vendor? We are also looking at other vendors, including Revistas and Popular Subscriptions as well.
Thanks!
