We have been using tokens for several years. That being said we have also had our share of problems. We recently switched to minimal mediation, the user must click a confirm button in order to access the full-text.

So far this approach has been working for us.

Subject: [SERIALST] Wiley's Article Select pay per view service

Hello Everyone,

My college library has twice attempted to use Wiley’s Article Select service for e-journal access. We attempted a mediated service first, then unmediated. The mediated service was problematic from inception, the unmediated service was completely depleted within one month. I would love to hear if anyone has had any success in using Wiley’s mediated Article Select service.

Thanks,
