Duke still hasn’t had any luck hearing back from anyone at NA Publishing, but Jeff Moyer of their sister company, Reveal Digital, has written the following:
Reveal Digital is owned by Image Data Conversion, which also owns NA Publishing. As you know, Reveal Digital operates on a strict cost recovery basis which is very different than NA Publishing, which operates in a more traditional manner. Where Reveal Digital
has benefitted from strong funding support from libraries, the sharp decline in the demand for microfilm-based products has hit NA Publishing hard and as a result IDC has been forced to suspend operations as it works with its bank and legal advisers to address
its debt. IDC recognizes the need to inform its customers of its situation and expects to be able to make an announcement shortly. In the mean time they are keeping their digital collections accessible to customers and are exploring options for fulfilling
outstanding microfilm orders.
This is a great period of uncertainty for IDC and its customers. While the lack of information from IDC has been frustrating, they have been working hard to find solutions that will minimize the impact on their customers.
Thanks goes to Peggy Glahn at Reveal Digital for providing me with this information.

Hello,
Did anyone have any luck getting an email or call back from someone at NA Publishing within the past month? We’re in the same boat – several items not received
for the past few years and no indication that we’ll receive those items or get a refund.

Subject: [SERIALST] NA Publishing
I am wondering if any libraries are still collecting microfiche on regular basis? If so, do you subscribe to titles through NA Publishing? Have you received
anything since March of 2017? We cancelled all our subscriptions in 2017, but still have several titles from 2015 and 2016 which have not been completed. My phone calls and emails are not being answered. Does anyone out there have any information on this
company to share?
Thanks,
LeAnne
