Our new Digital Services Librarian shares this:
Nice features – Chrome browser plug-in (it does allow you to toggle back and forth between on and off-campus – you just open two different browsers). Free up
to 500 MBs per month. Can be downloaded across OS and mobile devices - 5 devices per account. Strong encryption (AES 256-bit encryption). Worldwide network – 20 countries available to tunnel to. Super easy and really nice ux design.

Subject: [SERIALST] Checking off campus access of E-Resources
We are trying to figure out the best way to check off campus access of our electronic resources when we are
ON campus. We use EZ Proxy for authentication off campus. If you would share how your institution checks access when your users call with problems, or when you are performing setup or general checking of resources.
If you could also say who performs the checking when problem notices come in. Is it the electronic resources person, reference librarian on duty, help desk person … ?
Thank you for your input.
