We had several open orders with NA and hadn't heard anything from them in over a year. We were able to reach someone there who said that for some of our subscriptions, NA was no longer able to provide the microfilm. They issued us a credit for the titles we'd paid for but didn't receive. Let me know if you want that person's contact info and I can dig it out for you.
