We have had a couple of communications recently with NA Publishing. One was with Customer Service (on 3/12/18). Here is the information:

The other was with a Sales Manager (on 2/26/18):
We have had some changes in the renewal program in the last year and have had some re-negotiations with publishers. Due to that fact and the decline of filming needs, we have had to drop
some titles from our program. Your library was subscribing to 5 titles and now we have the rights to 1 of them (the renewal reflects that). Please let us know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Dana

I am wondering if any libraries are still collecting microfiche on regular basis? If so, do you subscribe to titles through NA Publishing? Have you received
anything since March of 2017? We cancelled all our subscriptions in 2017, but still have several titles from 2015 and 2016 which have not been completed. My phone calls and emails are not being answered. Does anyone out there have any information on this
company to share?
Thanks,
LeAnne
