Same here, Clement, and I signed in to Wiley with my personal account too. Made no difference on Firefox ESR52.5.3. The download button does not work. Chrome 63.0.3239.132 is okay, though.

I am able to search using keywords "US China economy". However, when I opened the journal articles, the pdf files are not readable beyond the first page. Then, for book chapters I wanted to open, it asks me to pay for them. I assume the technical issues are not fixed.

It’s the weekend but hopefully someone out there is able to respond. Is Wiley Online Library accessible to you? When I try accessing it, I get a webpage with the message, “Wiley Online Library is currently unavailable while we conduct essential maintenance.” I’m wondering what might be going on as it appears that this has been the case for several hours, back to at least 8a this morning CST.
