This may be a task that your Interlibrary Loan department does, but how often do you update your list of ILL permissions of online journals you subscribe to?

 

We maintain an excel spreadsheet of the differing regulations, such as a few cases where we must delete it from our email account after sending, or some where we are only allowed to scan the print version unless we get an enhanced license.

 

We updated our last about a year ago.
