NC State is having ongoing problems for users attempting to access Wiley journals from off-campus through EZProxy. When proxied users try to get to the PDF of an article, they are a routed to a screen asking for payment. However, the proxy session remains active the entire time.
We've been in contact with Wiley about these issues since Monday without any resolution or much detail about what exactly the problem is. Wiley has said this is a known issue affecting multiple customers. Has anyone else made progress solving these problems? Are there any known workarounds?
