We’ve been grappling with a really puzzling situation for many of our Nature Reviews titles, so I’m just wondering if anyone out there is having this problem.

 

Whenever we attempt to access the full-text of any articles in the August 2008 issue of the following, we are prompted to pay for the articles:

 

·         Nature Reviews Cancer

·         Nature Reviews Cardiology

·         Nature Reviews Clinical Oncology

·         Nature Reviews Drug Discovery

·         Nature Reviews Endocrinology

·         Nature Reviews Gastroenterology & Hepatology

·         Nature Reviews Genetics

·         Nature Reviews Immunology

·         Nature Reviews Microbiology

·         Nature Reviews Molecular Cell Biology

·         Nature Reviews Nephrology

·         Nature Reviews Neurology

·         Nature Reviews Neuroscience

·         Nature Reviews Rheumatology

·         Nature Reviews Urology

 

We are able to retrieve all articles to the remaining issues in 2008 with no hiccups, as well as our subscribed access to the other years. For some weird reason, it’s just August 2008 that’s causing us trouble.

 

Please feel free to respond to me off list if you are experiencing this problem; I am also interested in hearing from those who may have had something similar occur but have been successful in getting it resolved as we have been dealing with this since April.
