Hello all,

 

I'm trying to set up SUSHI retrieval of stats via Alma and when I enter our details for Taylor and Francis, I keep getting the message:

 

Connection failed:Service Busy Note: It is recommended to set the status to Inactive.

 

For all the report types. Does anyone know what this message means? Should I try again later or is it that my details are wrong?
