We previously had Bridgeport National Bindery as our binder for over 30 years and had to move to HF Group because they no longer do library binding.
The folks there are very nice and give good service and the transition was easy. However we have had
major issues with the quality of their work as have other libraries
We had to send hundreds of theses back twice for corrections and had to settle. If I could find another bindery I would change.
Good morning, all,
Please excuse cross postings. If anyone uses HF Group for bindery and does not mind sharing her/his experience with me, would you reply off or on the list? I would appreciate it. It does the bindery for my library, which has been experiencing some issues. I am interested in learning whether or not it has been happening only to my library.
Sincerely yours,
Kumiko
