Ōsaka Daigaku Tanpakushitsu Kenkyūsho [or Kenkyūjo] does mean "Osaka University Protein Research Institute," so yes, they do look like they're the same thing.

Would someone take a look and tell me what you think? Are they in fact the same journal? Or is it a coincidence that they are both titled Memoirs, are from Osaka, and start with v.1 in 1959?
