EBSCOhost databases will tell you. If the journal is indexed in an EBSCO database, go to an item record in your results list and click on the title of the journal. Information about the journal will appear. Or click on the Publications option at the top of the database search screen. Search for your journal. Click on the title to see information about the journal. I don't know how accurate it is.

Although they aren’t as comprehensive as UlrichsWeb, I have found a few online listings that could serve as partial substitutes.
