First, Art Papers has changed its publication pattern. Instead of six bi-monthly issues, it is now published quarterly; no. 1 is Spring 2017. I didn’t speak to them personally, so I’m assuming (sometimes dangerous!) that no. 4 will be Winter
2016, but one never knows.
Second, the enumeration in the Spring 2017 issue should show v. 41, not v. 1 as printed.
