We are having the same issue with NA Publishing.  When I contacted them, at the beginning of November, they asked that we provide print copies of several issues, which we do not have.  They stated that they were working on a solution.  I haven’t heard anything more and we have not received a fiche delivery.

We also have a contract for fiche of our local newspaper with NewsBank and have had good luck with them.

We use NewsBank Inc.  for our sole microfilmed newspaper title, and have been more than pleased with both their quality and service.

Subject: [SERIALST] NAPC microfilm

Hello—

NA Publishing has informed us that microfilm production has been delayed for a number of titles that we purchase from them, including popular titles such as the Chronicle of Higher Education, New York Review of Books, and Advertising Age. They say that they’ve had difficulty obtaining the print issues to film. Does anyone have suggestions for alternative commercial microfilm providers?

Thanks in advance,
