Jessica,
Yes, there is a way to do this. We are currently working on a batch of holdings records which we plan to export to OCLC soon. I believe the mechanism for doing this may differ, depending on which ILS you are using. (We will be exporting from III.) The first thing we did was get documentation from OCLC on what their requirements are for the data they will receive. Feel free to contact me off-list and I will look for the source of that document for you.
