Since providers and publishers are now implementing two-factor authentication in order to download Counter reports from their platforms, Serials Solutions through the DRS is unable to retrieve some usage reports. I'd like to hear what others are doing who use the DRS and Intota Assessment through Serials Solutions for your usage statistics. Are you using SUSHI in the DRS or uploading Counter reports to Intota Assessment or doing something else entirely?
