What is a best practice for how often ILL permissions should be updated?  We have an excel file that students use to determine if we have permission to send electronic articles for journals we individually subscribe to.  We get the data for the excel from EBSCONET if possible.  Otherwise, we check the publisher's website or contact them directly.
