Apparently we have dealt with this issue in the past. We have a public note in SFX that says “Publisher may display more issues than actually available”. That doesn’t exactly explain why, though, does it?

Subject: Re: [SERIALST] Latest issue published for Teachers college record
The last issue for which we currently have full text access is also v.118 no.9 2016. If one clicks on the year 2016 on their site,
v.118 no.10-14 appear as well but only with abstracts of articles. We do not have full text access to these issues. I am not sure
why there would be abstracts if they were not yet published.
We have reported this problem to the publisher and our vendor as well.

I too am unable to access vol. 118 numbers 10-14. The last one I see is 118/9.

Subject: [SERIALST] Latest issue published for Teachers college record
Hello everyone,
Can anyone access vol. 118
numbers 10-14 of Teachers college record? I was told vol. 118 no. 9 was the last one published. I’m just curious if everyone else cannot access numbers 10-16.
