Hi everyone:

I appreciate all your answers.  So far our problems are not solved.  I have tried unproxifying our urls but that does not improve the situation.  We do use ezproxy though, so I have forwarded this information on to our IT staff to be sure they have already seen it and have prepared for it.

I have sent in our problem to the techsupport email address below but have not yet heard back.

Thanks again,

Hi Janet—if your institution uses EZproxy, OCLC just released a totally new stanza for Cambridge Core. Implementing the new stanza restored our access immediately. The stanza lives at the following URL: https://www.oclc.org/support/services/ezproxy/documentation/db/cambridgecore.en.html

Hope that helps!

Michael

Hi Janet

We've had a quick look at your account and can see you do have access to articles. It could be an issue with one of your IPs. Would you be able to get in touch with us at academictechsupport@cambridge.org so we can get some more detail and hopefully diagnose and fix the issue for you quickly?

Now that Cambridge Core is live if anyone does experience any difficulties please do let us know at academictechsupport@cambridge.org

Thanks

Tristan

Hi everyone:

Ever since the switchover to Cambridge Core on last Sunday, my Library’s Cambridge ejournals are not available to us.  The redirects work but when you try to access articles, the vast majority of them have a “Get Access” choice which means they are not recognizing we have access rights.

Is anyone else having similar issues?
