Hi,

There is a numeration error with our student newspaper.  After volume 61, it goes back to volume 57.  So, there are actually two sets of volume 57 to 61.  This was a mistake by the newspaper staff.  There are no errors with the days/years of issues.

Our file name schema is volume_issue_date, so our files sort by volume and issue on the hard drive.

I'm not sure if there is a need to alter anything in terms of storing these or displaying them in CONTENTdm.  We could of course include a note with the files and in the metadata, or maybe isolate the files in a special folder.

In the past, errors were made and staff fixed it by crossing it and writing directly on the newspaper.  But this seems to be a different problem.  Is there a standard way to correct a volume/issue problem like this?

Thank you for your help,
