Hi Kimberly, if you want to keep the payment history together then I would recommend moving the order to the new title’s bib.  It’s also a pain to have to change the order number with your vendor.

Subject: [SERIALST] Inquiry: Title Changes & Order Records

Good morning,

When it comes to title changes for serials, what is a best practice for the order record?

Do you transfer the order record from the dead title’s bib record to the new title’s bib record, or do you just create a new order record on the new title’s bib record?

Thank you for your time and help!
