We are also having problems – we get this message when I tried to access a journal:
Sorry, your request can't be processed due to a system problem. Contact the Help Desk if the problem persists. [SD-008]
I will be opening a ticket . . .
I couldn’t get the page to open so I called. They are having issues with no estimate of when things will be back up and running. The tech rep took my email
and will send an email when things are fixed.

Hey everyone,
Our ILL person just notified me that ScienceDirect isn't working, I just checked it and indeed it's behaving strangely. Won't bring up anything in simple searches; if we go in from a record in our catalog, we can't access PDFs. Anybody
else experiencing this?
I tried Firefox and Chrome, proxied and unproxied, nothing worked. Filled out a tech support form.
