Sure, we do all the time as long as we’ve first make an effort to get the missing issues. You don’t want the issues you do have to get lost or damaged. You
can print on the spine of the bound volumes what issues are missing. If through some miracle you do receive the missing issues in the future, just re-bind. That has been a really rare event for us.

Hi,
My predecessor left binding instructions which said if a volume is missing issues, you should not bind it.
We have several volumes of Life magazine that we were planning to bind, but I've found many issues missing from each volume (anywhere from 2-5).
Do you ever justify binding volumes with missing issues like this?
