Colleagues and friends,

We’d love you to join us for a day of presentations and workshops on alternative metrics being held Tuesday 26th April at the National Press Club in Washington D.C.

The aim of the day is to explore the latest developments in altmetrics and to facilitate discussion between an engaged group of institutional representatives from university faculties, libraries, communications and research offices.

We’re keen to learn more about how you perceive research metrics, hear how they are (or indeed are not) being used in your institutions, and understand how would potentially like to use such data in future.

Sessions will include:

Presentations from some of our institutional customers about how altmetrics data has helped them

Talks from guest speakers about the role of metrics in HEIs

An update on our product roadmap, in which we’ll talk about the new features we’re hoping to build this year

Interactive workshops exploring how you can use altmetrics to reach your institutional goals
