Thanks to everyone for the responses. I’ve been in touch with Ingenta, and they suspect network congestion is causing some of the problems. They are looking into this to see whether they can do anything to make it better. We can now retrieve articles again.

We are getting "internal server errors" for the PDFs and "page rendering errors for the HTMLs.

Hi Dean,

I just tried accessing articles from a couple random Ingenta journals we subscribe to and the full text seems to be loading a little slower than normal but it ends up loading after perhaps 15-20 seconds.

Charlie

Is anyone else experiencing issues with content on the IngentaConnect platform? When I try to access either the full HTML or a PDF of an article in one of our subscribed journals, all I get is a blank screen. Our Adobe is up-to-date, so it’s not that.

Thanks,
