We just migrated to Alma, and went live at the end of January. We didn't migrate any of our acquisitions data or our serials data, so I am not sure I will be of much help, but I am happy to answer questions.

I would also suggest joining the Alma-L listserv. There are folks on there in various stages of migration, and I am sure someone who has migrated their acq data could offer some tips.
