We are getting access using Chrome and IE11. My firefox was out of date and asked to update a plug in to run it but other than that no issues. We use EZ proxy and it is working for us off campus as well. Have
you cleared your browser history to try again? Maybe there is some cookie that’s preventing it from working properly.

Hello,
For those of you who deal with more than serials - we have recently found that we are unable to play videos in the BBC Shakespeare series provided through Ambrose Digital. The videos will play on iOS devices, and on Internet Explorer
9 on a PC, but not on any newer PC browsers that we've found. Ambrose support has suggested that the problem was with our WAM proxy, but we're having the same problems when we do not go through the proxy. They've also suggested that the problem may be with
our campus network, but our network administrators have blocked nothing and cannot find an issue on this end. All this makes us wonder; is any other library experiencing a similar issue with this product?
