It does not need a new record. You will need to edit the record to indicate it is no longer a newspaper (eg, FF CrTp, subject/genre headings) as well as the
change in frequency and/or numbering. You might also consider adding a note to indicate which issues were published as a newspaper.
But it does not need a new record. Hope this helps.

Folks,
Does anyone else get the title Catholic Review (Archdiocese of Baltimore). Until this latest issue it was a newspaper. According to the December issue that I
have in hand, though, it has changed to a monthly magazine. Does this need a new record or is it seen as just a chronology change? (from biweekly to monthly) Thanks for any assistance you can render.
