Here is the information I received from the publisher when I made a query regarding the Summer 2015 issue:

ANNUAL 2015

We expected this to be the Summer 2015 issue (also, it should have been published in August). I have no idea why it is labelled as “Annual.” I cannot find Summer or any other season printed on it. This became a quarterly publication with 2014, and the masthead still says “published 4 times a year.” Has anyone else seen this issue, and if so, have you solved its mysteries? If not, I will contact the publisher J

Thank you!
