We don't have Discovery through EBSCO but do have Full Text Finder and have had multiple problems with smart links recently.  They are working on it.  I don't see why you should have to provide content and widgets.   Don't they have access to this information?

We use EBSCO Discovery Services and I’ve noticed that some journal titles that are only abstracted in ERIC are not showing the full text link that we have to the actual content in one of our other databases.  The example I have is the pre-1999 archive of the NASSP Bulletin through Sage.   EBSCO said they could either help by creating a custom link if I could provide them with the journal content in ERIC or by creating a widget if I provide them with  ERIC content that’s available on Sage.  Has anyone else on the list dealt with this?  I’m not sure how to find the ERIC content on Sage and that really wouldn’t solve the problem for non-Sage titles.  ERIC’s title content page is just a bunch of links so I’m not sure if that would be of use either.
