Murray State University Libraries seeks applicants for a newly created Scholarly Communications Librarian position.  

This position manages, promotes, and assesses an institutional repository; develops policies and procedures by staying current on technologies, standards, and practices in digital preservation; recruits content for the institutional repository: plans and implements an educational program to increase awareness in copyright, fair use , open access, Creative Commons licensing, digital publication, data management, and other trends in scholarly communications; assists with the coordination of undergraduate and graduate research activities; serves as a copyright and fair use resource for the MSU community.
