We use EBSCO and I've worked with two reps.  They've both been extremely helpful.  The renewal process is very easy.

Subject: [SERIALST] print subscription service

Hello,

Would you share with me what print subscription service you are using for your institution and how you would rate their services on renewals and invoicing? Have you ever made a switch from one service to another? We have 10,000 subscriptions and 41 accounts in print, as a reference for size.

Thank you,

Robin
