We use Ebsco for our print and (most) digital subscriptions. A few years ago, they worked with my predecessor to get all our serials renewals on the same schedule so that we could renew everything at one time
each year. Renewal lists are easily accessible online and the renewal process is easy. We have a great rep who is always happy to answer my questions about format options and prices, and to assist with claiming issues if I can’t do so via the website. She’s
also been persistent about reaching out to publishers when we’ve had problems.

Subject: [SERIALST] print subscription service
Hello,
Would you share with me what print subscription service you are using for your institution and how you would rate their services on renewals and invoicing? Have you ever made a switch from one service to another? We have 10,000 subscriptions
and 41 accounts in print, as a reference for size.
Thank you,
Robin
