Good morning,

 

We recently found out that we will now be required to have a contract with our subscription agency on file since we officially do not have to bid if we are interested in other agencies. We have been with our present vendor for over 30+ years.   I am particularly interested in obtaining samples of vendor contracts that contain verbiage of customer care/satisfaction and lay out price caps for fees, etc.

 

Any samples and/or words of wisdom anyone could send me would be greatly appreciated.
