I don't know if we are talking about the same thing but I take BIB records out of our system and import them into OCLC to create records, I use this for things like our Theses and Dissertations colletion. I can also modify those records in OCLC and save them. If this is what you are talking about then I will be happy to try to help you. If not, then good luck on finding your answer.
