We too use EbscoNet to review  ILL terms for our print+online titles (which usually states "Prohibited implied").  If you use WMS, OCLC now offers their WorldShare License Manager ( https://www.oclc.org/license-manager.en.html ) as well.

I might add - whatever the boilerplate terms might read for any given journal, there is nothing that precludes you from asking for ILL lending privileges before agreeing to a license.  Moving forward, I am hoping our library will do this as a matter of course for all future packages, e-journals,  etc.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate question for this list-serv.  I've been tasked with finding out whether we have permission to send articles via Interlibrary Loan from our individual e-journal subscriptions.

Is this the only way to do this: Search each publisher's site, or contact them?

Thank you,
