We have been having some problems lately, although in the past the service has been smooth.   However, I wonder if this is because they will soon be switching to a new and much improved interface.   I am coping until the upgrade.

We are having difficulty accessing our electronic journal subscriptions that are available only through the publisher sites.  This has been an issue since the day we began using Ebsco AtoZ.  Has anyone else had the same problems?  If so, were you able to resolve this issue.  We have made multiple calls for each incident to our Ebsco customer services rep, Ebsco’s technical services department, and the publisher only to be given the run around most times.
