Hello Ellen,
As far as I know, the only way to get hold of Highwire is to submit yoru question via their online form. In the past it was hard to get a response but this seemed to have been improved a lot. At least that’s
my experience.
You need to associate your individual publisher (for example, AAAS) account with Highwire by entering your AAAS (for example) admin user name and password in Highwire. Make sure the admin email address is
the same for both accounts (publisher vs. Highwire).
Hope this helps. Feel free to let me know if you have any additonal questions.
Thank you.

Subject: [SERIALST] Highwire
Good afternoon,
I discovered that the username/password of many of our journals whose statistics are aggregated on Highwire were updated using the individual publisher/journal sites, not the Highwire site. This means that I will need to go to the individual
sites to get statistics. Does anyone know of a simple way of re-aggregating the information on Highwire? Does anyone have a contact with a name/phone number?
Thanks,
Ellen Rothbaum, MS, AHIP
