I agree Buddy, I would have expected a statement from Swets by now.  I can only guess that some parts of the company were caught unawares by the filing, or the more typical circumstance that “the lawyers have to review it first.”

If a library has not paid their 2015 prepayment, but has “approved” renewals for 2015 in the online system, are they obligated to pay those subscriptions?  It seems if Swets can’t fulfill their part of the contract, no, but when do we know when that is clear? Swets has placed our subscriptions on “hold”, but what does that mean?
