We are a multi-campus community college and have used Cox for our journal subscriptions for several years. Their customer service is prompt and friendly. They offer online management of one’s account via CoxNet. Both David Bogard and Tara Callison are great representatives of their company. I’ve worked with Tara since becoming our serials coordinator. That was 7 years ago and I was new to librarianship. She was eager to help me understand the intricate serials world and has continued to be fabulously helpful, straightforward and cheerful - a real pleasure to work with. They take our business seriously and I highly recommend them.
