~~Please excuse cross-posting~~

Dear librarian friends and colleagues,

It is with sadness that I'm announcing my departure from ACS. Today is my last day before I move on to Digital Science and Altmetric. I will be managing with library outreach of Altmetric and look forward to working with all of you in this new role.

I am writing to thank all of you for your wisdom and guidance over the years. I have learned everything I know about libraries from all you during my time here at ACS. I have been extremely blessed to work with so many innovative and dynamic individuals both on the library side and here at ACS. While I'm sad to leave after six years here, I'm also excited for this new opportunity.

I will continue to be based in Washington DC and will see many of you at library and scholarly communications conferences. You can reach me at sara@altmetric.com and my personal email below as well as @RouhiRoo.

I look forward to remaining in contact with all of you and thank you again for your years of wisdom and support.

Best wishes and see you on the flip side!
Sara

Please note: My last day with ACS is May 7. Library Relations and ACSoC inquiries should be directed to Samin Malik (s_malik@acs.org) after May 7. Please stay in touch with me at sararouhi@gmail.com.
