Middlebury College Library & Information Services seeks a creative, innovative, and enthusiastic individual for the position of Head of Collections Management. Reporting to the Director of Research and Instruction Services, this position leads, administers and coordinates the operations of the Collections Management workgroup, including acquisitions, serials, eResources, cataloging/metadata, and collection development activities in support of the College’s curricular, instructional, and research needs. This position also includes some subject liaison duties, with an emphasis on establishing and maintaining open communications with faculty in assigned areas.
